Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that the almost 26-year period of development pursued by our business under the name Enterprise "PROSPER" Production-Trading-Services, Jesionowa Street Żołędowo 7 resulted in establishing a new economic structure.
As of June 2011 the Enterprise "PROSPER" Production-Trading-Services in Żołędowo involving the production of metal product has been moved to a new entity under the name "METAL PROSPER" limited liability company based in Żołędowie Jesionowa 7th Street.

From July 2011 Production of springs, plastic products and wholesale sales of upholstery will continue within existing company "PROSPER" Production-Trading-Services with headquarters in Wilcze, Szosa Gdańska 34-36.

The implementation of the new structure is dictated not only by the need to ensure proper work organization but also by the consequence of long-term strategy of further development as the entity offering specialized products and services for furniture manufacturers.

Simultaneously, by placing the company name "PROSPER" we wanted
clearly to express the continuity of both entities at the legal, organizational and ownership level.
